Set up second mgmt port on ESXi Server

1.Create vSwitch

2.Create Port group and select the vSwitch

3.go to VMkernel NIC create new and select port group
set the ip static like 192.168.0.10  255.255.225.0
tick the services vMotion and Mgmt
